Among vineyards, riuraus and Mediterranean landscape, SABORS MON is born as a place where gastronomy, wine and territory coexist in a natural way. A restaurant surrounded by calm, light and old vines. A space designed to enjoy without haste, share and reconnect with the most authentic Mediterranean.

SABORS MON is located in the MONTESANCO estate marked by the Mediterranean wine tradition. The old riuraus, historical constructions linked to the raisin culture and the landscape of the Marina Alta, are part of the identity of the space and the experience that surrounds it. Here, traditional architecture, vines and nature create a serene atmosphere deeply connected to the territory.

Wine and cuisine in balance

We work a contemporary Mediterranean cuisine based on fresh produce, seasonality and sensitivity, where each elaboration seeks balance, depth and naturalness. Our gastronomic proposal is born to dialogue with the wine and the surrounding landscape. The experience is completed with a selection of wines that reflect the character of the Mediterranean, the local varieties and the link with the land.

Ayer tuve el placer de conocer a María gerente de Montesanco y poder felicitarle en persona por el grandísimo proyecto de agroturismo que han creado en nuestra bella Teulada cuna del Moscatel Mistela y vinos de Alicante con unos aromas especiales por la zona en la que vivimos. Y poder celebrar aquí las Ceremonias que están ya muchas parejas de varios puntos de España y del extranjero interesados en realizarlo aquí por el bello paisaje que tiene este precioso enclave, con la más auténtica esencia mediterránea , rodeado de naturaleza para unas vistas increíbles con las edificaciones propias de la Marín alta de los RIU-RAUS propio de esta zona y en concreto de Teulada, han sabido preservar las tradiciones del cultivo de la pasa tan tradicional y ancestral que enseñan a los grupos y es un lugar reformado con todos los servicios para la celebración de grandes eventos como las bodas, y para mí un verdadero placer y honor poder oficiar en cualquier momento las Ceremonias, seguirnos en  @serendipityceremonias Gracias y enhorabuena 🍾🍷🍷🍷🍷🥂🥂💍🏞️🌄🌌

 Trustindex verifica que la fuente original de la reseña sea Google. This winery was truly a surprise. It didn't look like much at first glance, but the tour was quite interesting. We even learned something new, despite having visited more than two dozens of wineries around the world. For example they have vines being over 144 years old and hence being able to withstand the vine fretter without being grafted onto American vine roots. In addition, their Muscatel wine, which you will get to taste at the end of the tour, was an amazing surprise. My wife declared it to be one of the best white wines she has ever tasted. The structure and fruitiness was amazing, while still being a very dry wine. Also the finish was long and impressive. We immediately ordered a box to be shipped to our home despite the costs for shipping to places outside of Spain still being a bit expensive. But this wine is definitely worth it. Their other white wine and two red vines were also quite impressive. Overall it was a very entertaining and tasteful afternoon and I can only recommend everyone interested in great wines to try out this winery.

Selbst für Kinder, die noch keinen Wein trinken, aber ebenso zuvorkommend bedient werden. Am beeindruckendsten sind aber die beiden jungen Winzer:innen, die unseren Nachmittag bei ihnen zu einem wundervollen Erlebnis mit bleibenden Erinnerungen gemacht haben. Danke dafür!
