SABORS MON is located in the MONTESANCO estate marked by the Mediterranean wine tradition. The old riuraus, historical constructions linked to the raisin culture and the landscape of the Marina Alta, are part of the identity of the space and the experience that surrounds it. Here, traditional architecture, vines and nature create a serene atmosphere deeply connected to the territory.

Wine and cuisine in balance

We work a contemporary Mediterranean cuisine based on fresh produce, seasonality and sensitivity, where each elaboration seeks balance, depth and naturalness. Our gastronomic proposal is born to dialogue with the wine and the surrounding landscape. The experience is completed with a selection of wines that reflect the character of the Mediterranean, the local varieties and the link with the land.
